…(PR #364) PR #364 added Bunny CLI (`bunny db`) command documentation alongside Dashboard instructions across the Database docs. Updated the root changelog, database changelog, and CLI changelog to reflect the new inline CLI tabs for token management, region management, usage metrics, and the visual table browser.
