Motivation

  • Establish a single, canonical harm-class scale (HC‑0…HC‑4) for ethical harm classification and downstream operational routing.
  • Provide an operator-facing quick reference for applying RELATION-emitted facilitation ceilings (F‑scale) under OPERATIONS authority to reduce ambiguity in live moderation and crisis handling.
  • Expand the OPERATIONS failure taxonomy to capture workspace/state, domain-boundary, and metadata/authority erosion failure modes and record cross-instrument metadata/authority analysis.

Description

  • Added §3.5 “Harm Class Scale” (HC‑0…HC‑4) to CAM-EQ2026-ETHICS-003-PLATINUM.md and updated §8.1 classification outputs to reference the HC scale as the authoritative harm-class signal; recorded HC source-of-authority and operational consumers in instrument metadata and amendment ledger.
  • Added an operator quick-reference §5.6 Facilitation Ceiling Operator Quick Reference to CAM-EQ2026-OPERATIONS-001-SUP-02.md that operationalises the RELATION F‑scale (F0–F5) for live moderation, and updated OPERATIONS-002/003/004 and RELATION instruments to preserve doctrine/authority boundaries and cross-reference the new quick reference.
  • Expanded failure taxonomy in CAM-EQ2026-OPERATIONS-003-SUP-01.md with: Workspace‑State Authority & Cache Reuse Failure, Domain Boundary & Conceptual Compression Failure, Governance Axis Loss / Metadata Flattening Failure, Procedural Permanence Drift Failure, and Source‑Authority Ambiguity Failure.
  • Added AEON/AEON‑SCH changes to preserve interpretive dwell, cache revalidation, workspace-state authority declaration, and delegated execution authority constraints in constitutional schedules.
  • Added analysis and registry artifacts to support metadata and authority harmonisation: analysis/metadata-declaration-gaps.md, analysis/prefix-collisions-and-dangling-references.md, analysis/source-authority-map-expanded.{json,md}, and analysis/table-reference-set-inventory.{json,md}.
  • Updated multiple amendment‑ledger entries and minor formatting/closing-seal whitespace corrections across several charters to record the changes and migration notes.

Testing

  • Ran repository documentation/format linter and markdown/orthography checks across changed files; these checks passed.
  • Validated added JSON analysis files with JSON schema/validation tooling; validation succeeded.
  • No functional runtime tests were modified or required by these governance-document changes.
