Completes a public-reader navigation audit: removes repeated release-page links, removes the obsolete v0.3.0 current-stable download entry, retitles the existing bilingual guide without changing its path, and refreshes integrity manifests. Local link audit found zero missing local targets, zero cross-project links, and zero repeated release targets. All four release validators pass.
