Clarifies that the retained P12 “partially consistent” label is not evidence of one correct and one incorrect subclaim. CESE and ASE are different estimands; the full same-estimand independent six-point comparison remains incomplete. No frozen results, verdict counts, release assets, or scientific calculations are changed.
Updated the English and Chinese homepages and their SHA-256 manifest entries. Local checks passed: release package integrity, frozen evidence, bilingual navigation, WSL release boundaries, and V0.3 package integrity.
