[codex] rename package to codex-lb-cinamon

Summary

• rename the Python package metadata and console scripts from codex-lb to codex-lb-cinamon
• update README examples, CI commands, and release-please config to use the new package name
• align lockfile metadata and repository CODEOWNERS with the forked repository owner

Why

This fork is being published under a different PyPI package name so users can install and run it without conflicting with the upstream codex-lb package.

Impact

• users can install the fork as codex-lb-cinamon
• CLI entrypoints become codex-lb-cinamon and codex-lb-cinamon-db
• CI and release metadata now point at the forked package name

Validation

• .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/unit/test_cli.py -q
• uv build
• local wheel install and CLI smoke checks for codex-lb-cinamon and codex-lb-cinamon-db
