Planned hours is not showing in local account

Describe the bug
When the user creates a project and enters some allocated hours for that project, the allocated/planned hours are not showing in the project list view

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch to a local account
2. Create a new project
3. Allocate some hours
4. Navigate to the list view to see the project
5. Notice that only the Planned hours text is visible, but not the hours

Expected behavior
The expected behaviour is that the hours should also be visible
