UI Enhancement: Standardize list views across multiple screens to match Project screen design

Describe the bug / enhancement
The current list views across several pages do not match the overall design language and UI "taste" of the application. Specifically, the UI on these pages is inconsistent with the updated design currently implemented on the Project screen.

Pages needing UI updates:

• Timesheet screen
• Activities screen
• My Task screen
• All Task screen
• Project Update screen

To Reproduce
Steps to view the UI inconsistencies:

1. Navigate to the Project screen and observe the list view UI (target design).
2. Navigate to the Timesheet, Activities, My Task, All Task, or Project Update pages.
3. Compare the list views on these pages to the Project screen.
4. Observe the styling, spacing, and design discrepancies.

Expected behavior
The list views on the Timesheet, Activities, My Task, All Task, and Project Update screens should be redesigned/enhanced to exactly match the UI style of the Project screen. This ensures a consistent user experience and uniform design system across the entire application.

Additional context
The primary goal is to standardize the list view components so the app feels cohesive. Any reusable list components should be updated to reflect the new design language globally if applicable.
