- 요청 시작 시각을 기준으로 참여 날짜와 결제 조회 기간을 고정 - 참여 여부 조회를 participationDate 기준으로 변경 - 자정 경계에서 다음 날 참여 기록으로 저장되는 문제 방지 - 변경된 날짜 조회 기준에 맞춰 룰렛 테스트 수정
