The original code for
Along_Isobath_Average.ipynbuses fixed vertical grid cell thicknesses to do the averaging along a given isobath. This is an approximation, because ACCESS models actually have time-varying vertical grid cell thicknesses. This PR modified the code to account for changing grid cell thicknesses over time.
