Fatigue/rest requirements tracked by number of times initiative was rolled/momentum was gathered?
NOT total momentum gathered. Rather, doing things you're good at is more efficient (less tiring) than doing things you're less-good or outright BAD at.
Basic idea: Your character's Stamina = [10?] + Grit. Each time you gather momentum [roll initiative in combat or get ready to do something mentally or physically taxing out of combat], put a tally or checkmark in your stamina box (or whatever). When you have as many tally marks as Stamina, erase all of your tally marks and fill in an inventory slot with "EXHAUSTED". Which can't be used until the slot is no longer filled with the EXHAUSTED status. An hour of good rest or sleep removes the EXHAUSTED status from one item slot.
