GitHub - CSTU-yqy/Energy_Database: The energy database has been curated by Qianyu Yang and Prof. Nam Vera Chau at GFRI. We plan to release the API for querying our SQL database once Qianyu finalizes it. At present, this repository contains only a README file and a few demo scripts for scraping.

EIA ENERGY DATA / EIA ENERGY DATA2 Folder Structure

A snapshot of each key folder's function is provided to help users find the data they want:

/data/data/: This folder stores the air quality data from the EPA as well as all the energy-related data.
- 12_aqs/: Air quality data from EPA.
  - data/: This folder contains state-level air quality data and a full set of parameters involved in all query functions.
    - map/: The full set of the parameters involved in all query function.
    - state/: State-level air quality data.
- energy_data/: Energy data from the project data item sheet.
  - 11_eiv/: Data item 11: EIA us energy atlas and Data item 5: EIA-solar energy infrastructure and resources
    - README.txt/: A brief introduction to data item 11, along with all the file types associated with it.
    - data/: All the data associated with data item 11, as well as the data from data item 5, is included in the '/Power Plants' directory.
