To run download the jupyter notebook, .nc and .mat files to your local computer. There are a few packages you will need to install if you haven't already. Follow the instructions on the links below and please reach out to any of us if you have problems.

1. xarray

2. gsw: conda install -c conda-forge gsw

3. PyCO2SYS: pip install PyCO2SYS

4. netCDF4pip install netCDF4

   Alternatively, you can use the binder but be aware that you will lose your progress when the binder session ends.
