Created a new comprehensive Cookies Policy page from scratch. This page explains how PrepPilot AI uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including detailed sections on cookie types, purposes, third-party usage, and user controls. The design and UX are consistent with the existing Terms and Conditions page.
