Upgrades Vite to stable 8.1.5, aligns the official React and Vue plugins, and regenerates the owning Bun and pnpm locks. Local evidence: typecheck, package build, and Vite demo build pass. Bun tests: 1492 pass; 4 existing Windows file-URL fixture-path failures.
