Upgrades Vite to stable 8.1.5, aligns the official React plugin, and regenerates the pnpm lock. Local evidence: lint, changed-file formatting, and 348 unit tests pass. Full typecheck/build require the documented Univer fork build, which is blocked on native Windows by an existing raw-drive-path ESM loader error; Linux CI is requested as the platform-valid gate.
