code for displaying periodic text (time, weather, etc.) on a PiMoroni Scroll Phat HD attached to a Rasperry Pi.
Requires that the PiMoroni library be installed.
Run this script and the time will be spelled out on the LEDs in words ("eleven o'clock", etc.), alternating with weather forecasts.
