The project homepage now focuses on transaction design, three reproducible performance results, and a clear route into the native retail product. A custom cover ties it to ShopMate and StateEval; the complete service inventory and retained measurements remain in
docs/PROJECT_GUIDE.md.The local demo guide and printed walkthrough now match the Android/iOS buyer applications, the React workspace served on port 8101, and the existing finite seckill fixture. They no longer point readers at the retired buyer web page.
Validation:
make java-ci python-ci web-ci repo-cipassed; the changed files passed pre-commit, relative-link and SVG checks. The printed startup and buyer walkthrough were inspected. Independent read-only review completed. Only presentation and printed instructions changed; no transaction or deployment topology changed.
