Restore the official Ask DeepWiki badge beside CI in both README languages. Keep the existing wiki generation guidance and all architecture documentation unchanged.
Validation:
git diff --checkpassed; the two links target the existing ShopMate wiki and official badge asset. This change only adds the README links. Existing GitHub checks remain the merge gate.
