Updates the vendored public standards projection from v1.0.1 to the verified immutable v2.0.0 release.

• vendor the exact 16-document projection and managed manifest
• complete the README's 15-row conformance declaration
• remove the current-tree reference to a private sibling remediation record while preserving history

Validation:

• all 16 documents and the manifest byte-match source commit e9cddffff4e9f685642f4ac2c90ddbca12bcebf3
• six documentation-link tests passed
• the focused conformance-table check passed
• the signed commit, current tracked tree, and added lines passed containment and local-path checks
