Live observation after registration returned a readable durable-engine snapshot with workflow-writer.workflow_writer_tick in flight, zero retrying deliveries, and no dead letters. Work item #29 received a fresh pickup from this session.

Containment remains unchanged: @packages is mutable and ChronoAIProject/fkst-hosted#6175 remains open, so recheck the authority SHA before every routing/fix boundary. Session PRs may target only qa-tools-fkst-staging; delivery to qa-tools remains a separate human-controlled integration PR after review and green CI.

Continuity validation and recovery routing

Session v3 is healthy and successfully generated a fresh workflow for Talos #41. During validation, the previously half-materialized #29 generation exposed a separate FKST Hosted recovery defect: a persisted issue-create intent without a child/effect receipt was treated as created after session replacement. The platform defect is tracked in ChronoAIProject/fkst-hosted#6187.

The explicit work label was removed from #29 before recovery carrier #41 was created, so there is still exactly one routed implementation generation. #41 embeds the full frozen #29 specification and has received a v3-specific pickup plus a new software-feature-flow blueprint/intake marker.

This validates the replacement session's manifest, collaborator, language, high-reasoning, source, and isolated-target configuration for fresh work. It does not claim the platform orphan-intent bug is fixed, and it does not relax Auto-merge off or the separate human integration-PR gate.
