fix: align npm package scope with owner

What changed

• Align the public npm package scope with the authenticated npm owner: @chumanic/skillsync.
• Update package metadata, generated consumer templates, documentation, tests, and the release record.
• Normalize repository.url to the npm publish form git+https://github.com/Chumaniac/skillsync.git so npm does not rewrite the manifest during publication.

Root cause

The previous release preparation used @chumaniac/skillsync based on the GitHub owner name. npm authentication confirmed the actual owner is chumanic; the @chumaniac scope does not exist, so publication was stopped before any package was uploaded.

Validation

• npm run check — 69 test files passed, 1 skipped; 426 tests passed, 1 skipped; type-check, lint, and build passed.
• npm publish --dry-run --provenance --access public — 265 public files, correct package name/version, no npm rewrite warning.
• git diff --check — passed.

Release prerequisite

After this PR is merged, publish @chumanic/skillsync@0.1.0 and configure the npm Trusted Publisher for user Chumaniac, repository skillsync, workflow .github/workflows/release.yml.
