- Added AppNavbar component for improved navigation. - Introduced app-shell.css for consistent styling across the application. - Updated layout.tsx to integrate the new AppNavbar and apply app-shell styles. - Refactored various pages to utilize app-page class for consistent layout. - Enhanced loading states and error handling with updated styles. - Added kill-port dependency to package-lock.json for better port management during development. - Cleaned up unused CSS and improved responsiveness in landing.css and globals.css.

all in order, any change need to do tell me i will do it
navbar is breaking in desktop mode. Also by default its transparent, then on scroll there's a translucent black navbar background

I have updated the Navbar that is matching with our design and it is responsive as well.
