Problem Statement

When flowers are grown with the intention of cutting them for bouquets, a small degradation in appearance can have a big impact on the price that they can be sold for. A system that could monitor the flowers and provide alerts in real-time for any identified problems, such as dehydration, would help ensure premium harvests.
