Our final submission notebook contains the write-up as well as information about which of the secondary notebooks contain more detail as needed. We have uploaded our notebook files, as well as pdf versions so that output is visible without having to run the notebooks. There are several different methods we applied. You can find them in the notebook file with the corresponding name.
