feat: implement reusable nft display

Closes #577.

Summary

• replace the placeholder NFTDisplay with a reusable, prop-driven commitment NFT card
• render metadata rows, artwork with branded fallback, compliance/maturity highlights, and attestation-history link
• cover metadata parsing, prop overrides, missing metadata, missing images, and broken image fallback

Validation
