v1.4.0: add barbican tool kind

New barbican tool kind. Barbican is the suite's runtime MCP-proxy enforcement layer; it emits Findings for tool-poisoning screening of tools/list descriptions and for runtime policy decisions, which previously had no honest home in the closed ToolKind enum. Additive — no existing tool, schema field, fingerprint, or canonical-string behavior changes. Minor bump because the closed enum (a public contract) grows by one member.

Added — 'barbican' member of ToolKind

Added to the ToolKind union, TOOL_KINDS, the kind pattern regex in src/finding.ts, and the tool enum + kind pattern in schemas/finding.schema.json — the four sites the contract keeps in lockstep. isToolKind('barbican') and namespaced kinds like barbican.tool_poisoning now validate. Existing consumers are unaffected; they simply gain the ability to ingest and dedupe Barbican's reports.

test/finding.test.mjs — extended the ToolKind constant, schema-enum, type-guard, and namespaced-kind cases to cover barbican.
