New project on a client page opens the project list, and the project is never linked to the client

What happens

On another app's client page (for example a pipelinq client), the Planninq projects card has a "New project" button. It opens the Planninq project list. No creation dialog opens, and nothing links the new project to that client. The client's card stays empty unless someone sets client by other means, and no Planninq screen can.

Why

Read at development 6fa5ef5.

• openNewProject() in src/integrations/CnProjectsWidget.vue:377-385 opens /apps/planninq/projects?new=1&client=<uuid>.
• src/views/ProjectList.vue never reads $route.query. Only Timesheet.vue and ProjectBoard.vue read query parameters.
• src/dialogs/ProjectCreationDialog.vue has no client field, so even a manually opened dialog cannot set it (see You cannot set a project key, reopen an archived project, or enter a budget or rate #648).

Fix direction

1. In ProjectList.vue, on new=1, open ProjectCreationDialog with the client value passed as a prop.
2. Save client on the new project.
3. Return the user to the client page, or show the new board, after creation.

Live check

1. Open a pipelinq client that has no projects. Click "New project" in the Planninq card. Expected today: the project list opens with no dialog.
2. Create a project by hand. Go back to the client. Expected today: the card is still empty.
