Bump @conduction/nextcloud-vue to ^2.82.0. package.json and the lockfile only.

Workarounds removed

None. portaliq carries no workaround that 2.82 covers on development: the library CSS is already imported in src/main.js and the site editor. The 2.82 features portaliq waits for (chips minimum, form defaults, chips inside a settings-form, the reference field) are used by draft #1536, which follows on this bump.

• node --test tests/*.spec.mjs exit 1: 1542 tests, 1541 pass, 1 inherited fail (site-edit-mode budget: portaliq-site.js is 439091 bytes against the 412 KiB assertion; it was 437768 on 2.81).
• PHPUnit --no-coverage exit 2: 3858 tests, 6 errors, all inherited in HostRootRedirectBootTest (from feat(identity): a visitor makes a Nextcloud account and the portal admits them #1546/train: Zuiddrecht demo stack (#1542 #1544 #1543 #1545 #1546) #1547 on development: the mock of getAppContainer returns ContainerInterface where the server declares IAppContainer). PHP is untouched by this PR.
• manifest-v2, registry, validate-manifest exit 0.
