Redesigned the entire Edit Profile dialog to visually match the provided Figma design.
Updated layout spacing, and alignment according to the design specs.
Fixed minor inconsistencies in padding, margins, and component structure.
Resolved the issue where the Start Project section was appearing on all tabs.
Updated the layout logic so the section is only visible in its intended tab.
