feat: add organization model and task relationship

Closes #156

Implements the foundational data model for organization profiles:

• Add Organization interface with id, name, description, website fields
• Add organization-store module for CRUD operations
• Change TaskRecord.organization (string) to organizationId (reference)
• Add organizationId filter to task queries
• Add comprehensive tests (16 tests) for organization persistence and task linkage

• Storage keys don't collide with existing keys
• Deadline and input validation is complete
• No unintended token transfer paths introduced

Frontend (if applicable)

• Components are under 150 lines
• UI is responsive and accessible
• Screenshots or recordings included for visual changes
