Align the organization profile with repository maturity

What changed

• adds a reconciled repository maturity inventory for CoreLink as one product
• rewrites the organization profile around current evidence instead of broad capability claims
• removes the unavailable CoreLinkPlatform/examples entry point
• makes the current 1.0.0-draft, prerelease SDKs and Scaffold/Planned tools explicit
• adds Community Health CI checks that guard the profile maturity baseline

Inventory evidence

The inventory was reconciled against current repository READMEs/contracts on 2026-08-06. It distinguishes implemented foundation, Alpha/prerelease surfaces and Scaffold/Planned repositories without treating repository visibility as release status.

Validation

Local validation passed:

• 8 organization Issue forms parse successfully
• profile and maturity inventory are present
• required draft/prerelease/scaffold markers are retained
• profile no longer links to the unavailable examples repository

GitHub Actions

The earlier Actions outage is no longer an active blocker. Community Health CI run 31123085815 executed on this PR head: profile-maturity passed and issue-forms was cancelled. The cancelled/failed portion has been re-run and must pass before this PR is treated as validated or merged.

Governance revalidation required — 2026-08-10

The PR body still treats the earlier GitHub Actions incident as the reason Community Health CI evidence is pending. That blocker is stale: hosted Actions are running successfully again in the organization, including exact-main retained platform validation on 2026-08-09.

Before merging this PR, rebase/revalidate against current main and run the repository's own Community Health CI. Retain that run as GH-5 evidence; success in another repository is not a substitute for this repository's acceptance check.
