Breaking Changes 🛠

The ckeditor-plugins packages are now published as true ES Module packages. (They now come with a "type": "module" entry in their package.json files) This changes how they might be imported into other packages.

While the Jest dependency is still present for the integration tests, all other tests are now running with the node test runner and without Jest.

The eslint version was updated to v9.33. The eslint- and prettier rules and restrictions are now less strict.
