Adds .claude/ and CLAUDE.md to .gitignore so developer-local Claude Code settings and notes don't end up tracked. Neither path is currently in the index, so this is a pure ignore addition. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
