[Bug] Android TV 1.31.0: audio queues fine, but Now Playing queue list is empty

Chora: 1.31.0 (pkg com.craftworks.music, ATV build)

Device: Google TV Streamer 4K

OS: Android TV 14

Server: Navidrome 0.63.2

Network: LAN, no Tailscale/VPN

Subsonic API works (Albums/Songs list fine)

Describe the bug

On Android TV, tapping ▶ on an album cover starts playback and the player engine clearly holds the full queue (it plays all 25 tracks continuously). But the "Now Playing → Up Next" list renders nothing — no row for the current or upcoming tracks.

Steps to reproduce

Open Chora 1.31.0 on ATV, log into Navidrome 0.63.2

Open any multi-track album (e.g. 25-track live album)

Tap ▶ on the cover

Confirm it auto-advances through tracks (queue is alive)

Open Now Playing → Up Next

List is blank

Expected

Queue list shows current + upcoming tracks, matching what's playing.

Actual

Audio plays the whole queue; the queue UI stays empty.

Extra

Force-stop / clear cache doesn't help

Shuffle off, sequential mode

Same account on Chora phone shows the queue correctly

Suspect TV queue composable not collecting queue state after M3-TV rewrite

For context, this seems to be part of a broader Now Playing state issue on TV builds. In addition to the empty queue list (①), two related behaviors appear to share the same root cause:

② After exiting Now Playing and re-entering, the current track / queue UI doesn't restore — but audio keeps playing (so the engine still holds the queue)

③ On TV, the queue ViewModel appears to not survive composable destruction / recomposition, causing both the empty list and the lost UI state on re-entry

All three likely stem from the TV queue composable not collecting a shared  StateFlow  /  ViewModel  that persists across screen transitions. If the fix involves exposing queue state through a shared ViewModel and having Now Playing / TV list both collect it, ① ② ③ should resolve together.

Might be worth addressing as one fix rather than piecemeal — especially since 1.31 already touched Now Playing redesign and queue reordering on mobile.
