Summary

detect when the current RISE dungeon already points at a LegacyVRFAdapter
read upstreamCoordinator() and reuse the provider-facing RISE VRF coordinator
avoid stacking a second compatibility adapter on top of the existing adapter

Validation

forge fmt --check ✅
forge build --sizes ✅
full forge test -vvv suite ✅
final diff contains only scripts/deploy-rise-testnet.sh

Ready to merge.
