Deploy RISE core directly against VRF coordinator

Summary

• deploy the Relics V2 Delveworn core directly against the existing RISE VRF coordinator
• retain adapter unwrapping in the helper so it can recover from an already configured compatibility deployment
• remove the extra callback hop that RISE did not fulfill in live smoke testing

Live evidence

• direct VRF probe request 306244 fulfilled successfully
• adapter-routed game requests 306242 and retry 306243 remained pending
• no Somnia code or deployment path is changed
