Restore persistent relic inventory

Summary

• keep the relic collection visible throughout active Practice and Onchain runs
• persist and restore Practice runs locally with validated, versioned storage
• preserve the last known Onchain relic snapshot through transient RPC errors and retry after cooldown
• import MetaMask directly so the production webpack build avoids the optional Tempo dependency
