feat: add Somnia native VRF adapter

Summary

• replace the Shannon deployment path's legacy wrapper configuration with Somnia's Reactivity-native VRF coordinator
• bridge Somnia's requestRandomWords / rawFulfillRandomWords ABI to Delveworn's provider-neutral randomness boundary
• force verifiable drand-mixed entropy with the documented 2.5M callback-gas ceiling and 16-block commit delay
• add unit, full-game callback-gas, boss/relic, and timeout/retry coverage
• document the Shannon deployment path

Verification

• forge fmt --check
• forge build --sizes
• forge test -vv — 143 passed, 0 failed
• read-only Shannon eth_call against coordinator 0x0834459256bbb8d2efee23dc6c3f1722266182dd accepted (2500000, 16, 5, true) and returned request ID 27
• verified coordinator source calls rawFulfillRandomWords with the configured gas limit
