Summary
Root cause
The Swift executable existed in its build cache, but the release/runtime tree did not contain the signed app bundle required by the plugin. After local ad-hoc assembly, scheduled screen understanding retried blocked Keychain access every capture interval, causing repeated authorization prompts and timeout logs.
