How Pipeline Explorer consumes the DSoftStudio.Mediator.OpenTelemetry bridge: the import path (available) and live capture (in development), the required AddMediatorInstrumentation configuration (IServiceCollection + TracerProviderBuilder + MeterProviderBuilder), the build-triggered discovery/detection flow, and the redaction guarantees (db.statement is never surfaced). Linked from the Pipeline Explorer index + nav; sharpened the index hero value props and dropped the brittle "in five minutes" promise from the quick-start.
