Otherwise, Slack will format "daq.fnal.gov" as a link, seemingly no matter what other trickery I attempt.
Also, reinstate the release section for all workflows by default. This was an oversight from the recent refactoring.

Addresses #545. I also took the opportunity to fix an oversight introduced during some recent refactoring where the block which states "This workflow was run using X release" wasn't being written. An example of this implementation is in the screenshot below.
