feat(life-call): add LM-33c read-only panel UI

Summary

• replace the authenticated /panel placeholder with a Japanese server-rendered read-only mirror
• render timeline, 3 organ scores, FINANCIAL ledger, gates, and settings from the five same-origin panel APIs
• preserve honest no-data states, LM-32 discovery copy, session isolation, and a mobile-safe one-column layout
• add fixture DOM smoke coverage and focused LM-33c tests

• npm test — exit 0, all suites fail 0
• npm run smoke:panel-ui — DOM 5/5 present in order, write controls 0
• npm run smoke:panel-api — 5/5 endpoints HTTP 200
