Add new Supporter Packs

The following Supporter pack series are added with this PR.

• Rise of the Abyssal supporter packs
• Mercenaries of Trarthus supporter packs

I have only tested the Herald of Justice Supporter pack. The other packs are untested.

I have added the new Supporter Packs from @SmallBrainStudios fork to this PR. None in the Keepers of the Flame set have been tested by me.

Let's hope Daniel finds the Password to his GitHub Account.

They use Pagination, so they request only 20 items per page. I am not sure how to do it and make it useable.
