Adds an eight-page Italian pilot: home, technique library, diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, coherent breathing, 4-7-8 timer, privacy, and support. Route-level publication controls keep incomplete Italian pages out of routing, hreflang, sitemap, and language options. The existing 331 sitemap URLs are preserved; the native sitemap now contains 339.
Corrects audited Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Japanese translation defects, including truncated metadata, breathing terminology, safety wording, accents, and runtime/account copy. Italian has 988 source-bound translation records and a complete 117-key runtime table. Independent Luna review found no remaining high/medium-priority Italian translation blockers; native-human certification is not claimed.
Italian home/library links lead to the published timer, unsupported home/library destinations are marked as English, and the timer's main link returns to its own player. Mobile Italian home copy now clears the duration controls. The speed display uses the existing inverse duration multiplier, preserving all breathing timing behavior.
Validation: native production build passed; 437 existing tests passed with 2 skipped, plus all 5 post-build SSR checks. All 33 changed/new priority URLs returned 200 locally with self-canonicals and no noindex; all 331 prior URLs remain in the sitemap, with reciprocal alternates. Five unpublished Italian routes returned 404. Inspected desktop/mobile screenshots and exercised Italian settings, both speed endpoints, session completion, and sign-in UI without submitting credentials or emails. Existing embedded YouTube playback restrictions and provider-hosted authentication/email localization are outside this release.
The GitHub iOS gate currently fails only at Expo Doctor because ten unchanged Expo packages have newer expected patch versions. The web build/tests and preceding mobile tests/typecheck/lint passed. This PR does not change mobile dependencies or the lockfile. Preview-mode post-build assertions distinguish the five-language proxy build from the native Italian pilot.
Production release follows GitHub main through Vercel Git integration. After deployment, verify the exact main SHA and public routes, submit the reviewed 33-URL IndexNow cohort, and resubmit the canonical sitemap to GSC. Crawl acceptance is separate from actual indexing.

All 33 priority pages passed live canonical/indexability checks; sitemap 339 URLs, all previous 331 retained, reciprocal hreflang; five unpublished Italian routes return 404. Desktop/mobile Italian home and settings inspected. Bing IndexNow accepted 33 URLs (HTTP 200); Google Search Console accepted the canonical sitemap via browser. Search indexing outcomes remain pending.
