Passthrough copies occur for URLBlob -> GSBlob, and in the future for URLBlob -> AzureBlob. Since md5 sums are expected to be available for all DRS responses containing Signed URLs.

Use md5 checksum verification for passthrough copies.
In the current context of TNU, these are copies from URLBlob to GSBlob. This will soon also cover URLBlob -> AzureBlob, see #356
