Homebrew tap for Data Boar

Not homebrew-core. This is Data Boar’s own tap.

brew tap DataBoar/databoar
brew install data-boar
data-boar --demo

The formula uses Homebrew’s Python and pip-installs the PyPI package. It does not embed CPython.
