Update dependencies flagged by bun outdated -r to their latest available versions (all patch/minor bumps, no majors): bullmq, vue, @biomejs/biome, prettier, @tailwindcss/vite, @types/node, @vue/typescript-plugin, arkregex, tailwindcss, vite, vite-plugin-vue-devtools, vue-tsc.

Sync the $schema version in both backend/biome.json and frontend/biome.json to match the installed biome version.

Remove a stray root-level dependencies.vue entry in package.json — vue is already provided via the workspace catalog.

Include formatting-only diffs from the prettier 3.9.4 upgrade.
