Summary

Add Celo (chain ID 42220) as a new supported blockchain
Includes native currency (CELO), wrapped token, stablecoins (USDC, USDT), and Celo-native stablecoins (cUSD, cEUR)
Configured with public RPC endpoints and celoscan.io explorer

Test plan

Verify findById('0xa4ec') returns Celo
Verify findByNetworkId('42220') returns Celo
Verify findByName('celo') returns Celo
Verify explorer URLs generate correctly
Verify RPC endpoints are accessible
