Positioning-consistency sweep: replace "policy & audit firewall for agent actions" (and "the firewall" referring to the delego product / its home dir) with the canonical positioning intent-bound action authorization for AI agents.
Prose-only. Code identifiers (the
Firewallclass,build_firewall(), fixtures, backticked refs) are untouched.
