Relicenses the design-system registry from Apache-2.0 → MIT.
Why: the registry ships as copy-paste components into adopters' codebases. MIT is the shadcn-ecosystem norm (shadcn/ui itself is MIT) and frictionless for that use — no NOTICE-file/attribution retention obligations, which are awkward for UI snippets. The core Delego project (engine + wire spec) remains Apache-2.0, where the patent grant matters.
